تدين منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات بمحافظة تعز بأشد عبارات الادانة جريمة الإغتيال الجبانة التي استهدفت حياة  "مؤيد حميدي" مدير مكتب  برنامج الغذاء العالمي في تعز أثناء تواجدة في إحدى مطاعم مدينة التربة لتناول وجبة الغداء ظهر اليوم بالاضافة الى اصابة عدد من المواطنين. 

 *وإذ تعبر منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات بمحافظة تعز* عن بالغ أسفها وتعازيها لأسرة الراحل  مؤيد حميدي" ولزملائه في برنامج الغذاء العالمي  وكل المنظمات والهيئات الدولية والمحلية العاملة في المجال الإغاثي والإنساني، فإنها تؤكد بأن الرصاصات التي استهدفت الراحل إنما استهدفت قلب تعز المحاصرة جراء الحرب والحصار كما أنها تستهدف الموقف الإيجابي للمنظمات تجاه تعز ومكاسبها التي حققتها بتضحيات جسيمة في كل المجالات  وترسيخ مظاهر الدولة واحترام حقوق الإنسان، حيث يتزامن هذا الحادث الجبان مع اختيار محافظة تعز كنموذج  لتطبيق مشروع الانتقال للمشاريع المستدامة من قبل المنظمات الدولية.

وإذ تثمن منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات بمحافظة تعز بتقدير بالغ جهود المنظمات الإنسانية  الدولية والأجنبية وفي طليعتها برنامج الغذاء العالمي لتخفيف معاناة المدنيين في اليمن، وفي تعز المحاصرة بوجه خاص، فإنها تعبر عن تقديرها لجميع المخاطر والظروف الصعبة والتضحيات الجسيمة التي تبذلها هذه المنظمات والهيئات والصنادق الأممية لمساعدة المدنيين وضحايا الصراعات والحروب.

وأمام هذا الحدث المؤسف تشكر منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات،الأستاذ نبيل شمسان محافظ المحافظة رئيس اللجنه الأمنية بالاجتماع الطاري باللجنة الأمنية و إرسال حملة أمنية كبيرة لمدينه التربة  وسرعة التحرك لكشف ملابسات الجريمة والقبض على الجناة وتقديمهم للعدالة وعمل كل ما من شأنه محاصرة الجريمة وحماية آمن المواطن والقادمين إلى تعز من ممثلين المنظمات الدولية والأجنبية لخطة أمنية متكاملة ومستمرة ومنع ومحاصرة حدوث الجرائم المقلقة للسكينة والأمن العام. 

 *كما تدعو منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات بمحافظة تعز*  أن لا تؤثر هذه الحادثة الأليمة على برنامج الغذاء العالمي  ومعه كل المنظمات الدولية والأجنبية الفاعلة والشريكة  للإستمرار في عملها الإنساني النبيل والبناء لخدمة المواطنين ومساعدتهم 

،وتفويت الفرصة على المتربصين بتعز وأبنائها المظلومين من إضاعة أبسط حقوقهم في الحصول على أدنى مستويات العيش الكريم وفقدان فرصهم في تلقي المساعدة اللازمة في ظل ظروف قاسية وحرب قاهرة وتجويع واستهداف للمدنيين والمستفيدين منه بإستمرار حصارها على المدنيين بتعز. 

وتؤكد منظمات المجتمع المدني والاتحادات والنقابات أن تعز ستمضي بكل أبنائها المخلصين في مشروعها المدني السلمي وستنتصر لقيم العدالة وترسيخ مؤسسات الدولة  وستفشل كل المؤامرات الرخيصة التي تحاك ضد أبناء هذا المحافظة المدنية ،

 Civil society organizations, federations, and trade unions in Taiz governorate condemn in the strongest terms the cowardly assassination that targeted the life of "Moayad Hamidi," the director of the World Food Program office in Taiz, while he was in a restaurant in the city of Turbah to eat lunch this afternoon, in addition to injuring a number of citizens.

  * And as civil society organizations, federations, and trade unions in Taiz governorate* express their deep regret and condolences to the family of the late Moayad Hamidi, his colleagues in the World Food Program and all international and local organizations and bodies working in the relief and humanitarian field, they confirm that the bullets that targeted the deceased targeted the besieged heart of Taiz as a result of the war and the siege. This cowardly incident with the selection of Taiz governorate as a model for the implementation of the transition project for sustainable projects by international organizations.

 While the civil society organizations, federations and trade unions in Taiz governorate highly appreciate the efforts of international and foreign humanitarian organizations, led by the World Food Program, to alleviate the suffering of civilians in Yemen, and in besieged Taiz in particular, they express their appreciation for all the risks, difficult conditions and huge sacrifices made by these international organizations, bodies and funds to help civilians and victims of conflicts and wars.

 In the face of this unfortunate event, civil society organizations, federations and trade unions thank Mr. Nabil Shamsan, the governor of the province and head of the security committee, at the emergency meeting of the security committee, and sending a large security campaign to the city of Al-Turbah and the speed of action to uncover the circumstances of the crime, arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice, and do everything that would besiege the crime and protect the security of the citizen and those coming to Taiz from the representatives of international and foreign organizations for an integrated and continuous security plan and preventing and besieging the occurrence of crimes disturbing the tranquility and public security.

  * It also calls on civil society organizations, federations and unions in Taiz Governorate * that this painful incident does not affect the World Food Program and with it all active and partner international and foreign organizations to continue their noble and constructive humanitarian work to serve and assist citizens

 And missing the opportunity for the stalkers in Taiz and its oppressed people to waste their most basic rights to obtain the lowest standards of decent living and losing their chances of receiving the necessary assistance under harsh conditions, force majeure, starvation and targeting of civilians and its beneficiaries by continuing its siege on civilians in Taiz.

 Civil society organizations, federations, and syndicates affirm that Taiz will proceed with all its loyal sons in its peaceful civil project, and will triumph for the values ​​of justice and the consolidation of state institutions, and all cheap conspiracies hatched against the people of this civil province will fail.
